Primary Savings
When you open your Primary Savings with a minimum deposit of $5, you establish your membership with Hastings FCU and are able to take advantage of all the great accounts, loans and services we have to offer. You can utilize this account to build your emergency savings fund, or for any savings goal.
Secondary Savings
When you want to save for a specific goal or purchase, you can open a secondary savings account to keep your funds separate and track your progress towards your savings goal. Examples of great uses for a secondary savings include saving for upcoming tax expenses, a vacation, purchasing a car, education expenses, wedding expenses, a down payment for a home purchase and more.
Christmas Club
Deck the halls and de-stress the holidays with a Christmas Club savings account. Set savings aside throughout the year in preparation for the upcoming holidays. Your funds will become available for use on October 1, just in time to begin Christmas shopping and holiday planning. Make your holidays even happier by setting up automatic transfers into your Christmas Club to ensure yours savings strategy stays on track.
Jr. Savers’ Club
The Jr. Savers’ Club is our youth savings account, available to members age 12 and younger. Open a Jr. Savers’ for the little ones in your life to help them learn valuable lessons in saving, while having fun. The account can be opened with a minimum $5 deposit, with an adult as joint on the account.
